Bank of the Bluegrass offers two different types of credit cards for your convenience.

Once you have filled out your downloaded application please either fax to 859-233-3449, mail to 101 East High Street, Lexington KY 40507, or drop it off at either of our two locations.

Check Card/Business Check Card
An ATM card that also works like a check.

• Accepted by Automatic Teller Machines around the world
• Can be used for purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted
• Automatically deducts the amount of your purchase from your checking account without the hassle of writing a check
• Use with our Swipe 'N Save and have your purchases round up to the nearest dollar, depositing the excess to your Bank of the Bluegrass Savings Account.

The fastest way to see your monthly statement

Now you can save time by receiving your account statement electronically every month. There’s no need to wait on the mail, or, to worry about your statement getting lost or stolen. Every month, it will be available for you online. We think you’ll like it so much you won’t even need to receive a paper statement in the mail any longer. No need to scramble around trying to find your statement when you have a question. To request your eStatement, please download the form here and return the last page by either faxing it 859-233-3449, mail it to 101 East High St, Lexington KY 40507 or by dropping it off at one of our two locations.
