Once your PIN is established, you can use your phone to:
- Make account balance inquiries
- Make transfers and loan payments to your Bank of the Bluegrass accounts
- Review transactions that have cleared your account
- Verify direct deposits, electronic funds or ATM Transactions
- To safeguard your account information, PINs become dormant after 90 days of inactivity

After Hours Banking
When you need to drop off a deposit or make a loan payment and the bank is closed, you can use our night depository to drop an envelope or make a business deposit.
Businesses should contact our Head Tellers for additional information about using our Night Drop Services.
In addition to the night depository, we have postage paid Bank-By-Mail envelopes available.
Next time you are traveling and need some foreign currency, contact our knowledgeable teller staff.
We can assist you by placing an order for your foreign currency needs so that you have what you need, before you travel.
24-Hour Night Depository
We offer 24 Hour Depository Services to our business customers that wish to make coin and currency deposits after hours.
Please contact the Head Teller to arrange for coin and currency bags and discuss any additional details.
Personal customers may also use the 24 Hour Depository to make an after-hours deposit. Please use an envelope for your transaction.
All deposits received in the 24 Hour Depository are processed under dual control.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Our office, located at 101 E. High Street, has a selection of Safe Deposit Boxes available for rent to our customers. Our Southland Drive location also has a limited number of boxes.
