I’ve enjoyed being a Bank of the Bluegrass deposit customer for over 25 years, and currently bank online from home. The other day I got locked out of my account trying to make a mobile deposit. I called the bank and spoke directly to Matthew Robertson in their cash management department. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, he was also patient and understanding and got me up and running quickly.
The next time I called Matthew, we weren’t able to resolve my service challenge over the phone. Since I wasn’t able to drive to the bank, he actually offered to make a house call and drove out to assist me in person! Again, he resolved the issue quickly. He was so responsive, it felt only right to offer him a container of homemade pimento cheese!
I was so pleased, I even told a friend that my bank makes house calls! You know what my friend said? “Wow. I wish my bank did that!”
