Service Notice: P2P temporarily disabled bank-wide
Due to an abnormally high amount of fraud, including bank employee impersonation, we’ve temporarily suspended our peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions.
My husband and I recently worked with Bobby Jones, financial center manager at the Southland location, and found him amazing to work with — very professional and knowledgeable. He talked us through the whole process, completing everything in a timely manner. We’ve also worked with other staff members and departments, including the mortgage department. Every single person has been beyond helpful.
We’d banked at a large national bank for 25 years, prior to switching to Bank of the Bluegrass. I have the mobile app on my phone, enabling me to deposit checks and pay my bills as easily as I’d one with my previous bank. I realize now that I should have made the move a long time ago!
